Perry FawcettChief Executive Officer
Perry has over 25 years’ experience of leading and growing IT services companies. Perry has held senior sales leadership and general management roles at NextiraOne, Star and IBM Global Services. He was most recently an Executive Director at Bluefish Communications and part of the board that grew that business resulting in a successful sale of the company to Vodafone Global Enterprise in 2011.

Perry has an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and is a member of the IT Livery company within the City of London, where he contributes to both the Employment and Entrepreneurship panels.

Trevor RollsChairman
Having spent the last 20 years in the Networking Industry, Trevor built and sold two business’s in that space.  Initially an integrator, Prime to 2e2 in 2004 and then more recently Netcrowd, A channel services business to Daisy in 2013.  In addition, Trevor has held a number of IT investments, recently exiting Purestone a Digital marketing agency with a share sale back to the founders and Darasoft a specialist Enterprise Management business.

Having been a seed investor in Derive Logic, Trevor has now further invested and taken a role as non-exec Chairman to enable the next phase in the company’s growth. Having previously built and sold two IT services businesses and in addition to Derive Logic is chairman of TechPulse Group and Non-Executive chairman of Ocean Group & GenerateUK. 

 

Chris GoughChief Information & Digital Officer
Chris has worked in the IT Industry for nearly 20 years, having started working for Texaco as Network Manager. Chris spent many years in the integrator channel working for companies such as Prime Business Solutions, 2e2 and Logicalis.  Chris initially worked as a consultant before taking on more senior practice management roles, focusing on networking, security, data centre and unified communications and in recent years specialising in data centre optimisation and particularly in software licensing.

Having worked with large enterprise organisations, Chris understood the challenges faced in data centre licensing and the lack of expertise in the marketplace. Chris founded Derive Logic which quickly built up an enviable reputation as one of the foremost independent data centre software licensing consultancy businesses.

Justyn WaterworthSales & Commercial Director
Justyn has over 15 years’ experience in the IT sector in a number of sales and management positions.  Originally qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Justyn specialised in commercial property investments in London before moving to Hong Kong. Justyn moved back to the UK in 1995 to become Commercial Director of a Leisure Company.

Justyn made the transition to IT sales in 1997.  More recently Justyn worked for 2e2 where he had several roles including Regional Sales Director.  He was responsible for many firsts including 2e2’s first managed service customer and first ever cloud win.  Justyn has enjoyed considerable success and experience within the public sector, private sector and partner environment.  

Christopher LewisHead of Marketing & Solutions
Chris has over 22 years’ experience in Marketing leadership in the IT and Technology industries, with a proven track record Chris built several high performing and multi award-winning marketing teams. As a Chartered Marketer with a BA (Hons) and Master’s Degree in Marketing, Chris has held Marketing leadership roles at organisations including Marconi Communications, SCC, Infor, NextiraOne and most recently was Marketing Director at Dimension Data UK & Ireland.

Chris was invited to serve as a member of Cisco’s Global Partner Marketing Council (GPMC), he has also been an Alumni Trustee at the University of Northampton and worked on student mentoring programmes at the University of Northampton and Wolverhampton University.

Jon MorrisHead of Transformation Consulting
Jon has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years having started as a graduate at IBM. He progressed from systems development technical roles into project management with large global deployments and into senior leadership roles covering strategic and operational teams in development and infrastructure.

Jon’s experience has included being responsible for the architecture and design of end user technology to 50,000 users globally as well as being operationally responsible for supporting 8000 clients within Europe in Credit Suisse. 


Paul Stevens-CraigHead of Consulting
Paul has worked in the IT Industry for over 25 years, he has spent many years in senior management or software and license consultant roles for many companies such as Oracle, Hitachi Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).   Since leaving Oracle in 2005, Paul primarily focused on complex vendors such as Oracle, SAP and IBM, incorporating advisory services such as process and contract management, licensing, optimisation and risk mitigation.

Paul joined Derive Logic December 2016 as Head of Consulting and his role to continue the success in supporting partners and customers, plus, lead and enhance a best in practice consultancy team and creating a centre of excellence through experienced consultants and the Derive Logic apprenticeship program. Paul provides customers with expertise and advisory services with reference to IT Asset Management and IT/Digital Transformation initiatives. 

Tony DoyHead of Service Engagement
Tony served with the Royal Air Force for 22 years, initially as an Electronics Engineer and then transitioning to IT Operations.  He did tours in Germany, Cyprus, Italy and various countries in the Middle East.  He also managed a team of engineers supporting an electronic diagnostic system for the Merlin Helicopter both in the UK and in deployed theatres around the world.

At Ricoh Tony was the Senior Service Operations Manager on the Vodafone account responsible for an outsource service to support the Vodafone IP Security environment across Data Centres in the UK, Milan, Germany, Spain and Ireland.
