Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator

Location: Cirencester HQ
Contract: Full Time
Hours: Mon-Fri/09:00 to 17:30

The primary function of this role is to assist the PMO Lead with the daily administration of our internal PMO system (Autotask), deal with ad-hoc requests from the Service Operations Team plus and the day to day administration of the Derive Logic Service Desk.


Role Duties

Administration of our PMO/Service Management systems…

  • Adding projects and services to QuickBase into Autotask
  • Aligning ad scheduling resources (as required)
  • Ensuring correct designation of tasks, projects and billing
  • Adding and assigning tasks to members of the team
  • Ensuring correct information is transitioned between systems
  • Service Desk Ticket logging and tracking
  • Setting up new users and removing old ones
  • Regular reporting
  • Training new employees on our systems (as required).

General administration…

  • Service and Project Workbooks administration
  • Assist with Service calls as needed, log and track actions
  • Track and monitor Supporting and Deliverable tasks
  • Escalate issues and delays as needed
  • Assist with process improvement.



The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our PMO and Service Desk, this will include but not be limited to the following…

  • Monthly reporting
  • Ad-Hoc Ticket requests logged into our IT system (Autotask)
  • Client and Partner communication of ticket progress
  • Tracking of ticket allowances
  • Assignment of resources to tickets
  • Weekly ticket updates to senior management and key Partners/Clients
  • Service Escalations as required
  • Administration of internal IT support tickets and assets
  • Attending weekly meetings with Service Engagement and Key Partners

Where required training on our systems, processes and procedures will be provided.



The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills; be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; be able to work under pressure, in a timely and productive manner to achieve deadlines and meet the requirements of Partners, Clients and senior Management.
